Ross Palmer
CEO
Founder and Director Ross Palmer has been involved in Ireland’s technology industry since 2004. Beginning his career as a Cisco engineer, he has gone on to establish and grow businesses across telecommunications, cybersecurity, and hospitality.
Ross is passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes and instilling that mindset across every organisation he leads. Outside of business, he is actively involved in community development initiatives and serves as a helm with the RNLI in Sligo.

Ian McLoughlin
Commercial Director
With over a decade of experience, Ian serves as Commercial Director at Opsight, where he focuses on driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s market presence. He specialises in strategic sales and business development within intelligence and data-driven technology solutions.
Passionate about aligning organisational goals with innovative market strategies, he builds strong partnerships and delivers measurable outcomes for customers. His work centres on helping organisations unlock actionable insights while supporting Opsight’s continued growth and global expansion.

James McLoughlin
CTO
James’ pragmatic approach to problem-solving drives the development and integration of tailored services for customers, strengthening relationships and supporting Enterprise Defence’s growth.
He has delivered projects for organisations across Europe and North America in sectors including finance, energy, telecommunications, retail, healthcare, and government.
James studied at Sligo RTC and Dublin City University, earning an MSc in Security and Forensic Computing, and holds CISSP, CRISC, and CISA certifications.
